Biography
Idaci Ferreira has worked in Brazil and Angola with NGOs and Government development projects in rural areas for 15 years. She is a specialist in adult and young people''s literacy. She has worked on identification, planning, monitoring and evaluation of development projects using participatory methodologies. She has also been working with the systematization of community experiences and training of community’s agents and leaders on development community issues and popular education. She is a member of ADRA’s (Acçao para o Desenvolvimento Rural e Ambiente) and advises on development issues. Her main areas of interest are: participation, development community and popular education, relationship between state and civil society organizations and public policies.
